Contact Centre Manager (Female)

We need an experienced Contact Centre Manager (Female) to manage teams in 2 locations, you will have experience of developing processes, strategies and new solutions to help support the growth of Sama. Personnel management and development, managing the team to exceed operational KPI’s, improving call handling and quality……these will be day to day tasks for the successful candidate. Supported by at least 4 Supervisors we need someone with at least 3 years experience in a Contact Centre, with a proven track record of change management.

FLIGHT ATTENDANTS

Our flight attendants are onboard to ensure our customer’s safety and security and to create an unforgettable customer experience. To apply for the role you must: Be at least twenty years of age and a minimum height of 165cm with weight in proportion to height. Be of smart appearance and have the ability to swim unaided Have experience in delivering high standard of customer service with strong communication skills – fluent English and Arabic (verbal and written ). Have completed high school education and have no birth marks or tattoos that would be visible whilst in uniform. Display cultural sensitivity treating our quests with courtesy and respect regardless of ethnic origin. It’s important to be able to build and maintain positive relationships within the team and be driven to achieve excellent results with commitment, energy and determination. Skills:
· Minimum of High School.
· Experience in Airline and or Customer Service will be an advantage fluency in English.
· Height appropriate to have a Reach of 214 cm - 224 cm.
· Weight proportional to height.
· No visible tattoo or distracting feature age 22 – 36.
· High communication & Interpersonal skills.
· High Customer Service skill.
· Team player.
