Projects Manager - Sales & Leasing
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Include but not limited to the following)

Assist in the development of the Sales and Leasing strategies for all the project.
Provide mentoring, coaching and development to the divisional Managers.
Provide input to the various stages of the project business plans.
Establishing and enforcing systems and procedures - in alignment with other Sama Dubai projects.
Directly responsible for the recruitment and subsequent performance management of the different divisional managers of the projects.
Accountable for the overall delivery of the project key performance indicators (KPI's)
Assists in the annual budget planning process and regularly monitors expenditures.
Oversees the negotiation of all leasing transactions - retail, commercial.
Responsible for negotiating large/complex transactions on the project.
As required coordinates with marketing department of the development of marketing material.
Provides accurate and timely project status reporting for use in regular project status meetings.
Accountable for implementing an effective CRM system for the projects.
Identify, develop and maintain real estate industry and the company's events, press conferences in order to create market awareness.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent qualification
Minimum 8 years of experience in real estate industry
Extensive experience in dealing with large mixed use developments
Experienced in the preparation and execution of sales and leasing strategies.
Experienced in the negotiation and finalisation of complex transactions.
Displays strong understanding and appreciation for the mechanics involved in the development process.
Local & regional cultural understanding
Knowledge of the region, understanding of federal laws regarding real estate and investment.
Fluency in Host Country language would be an advantage

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must have the full capability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports, together with technical and legal documents in English language, knowledge of Arabic language is advantage.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
High level of capability to work with mathematical concepts, apply them and their proportions to practical situations.

WORKING HOURS & ENVIRONMENT
The official working hours are from 8.00 AM until 5.00 PM, with one hour break for lunch. This is Sunday to Thursday, with Friday and Saturday being off. Flexibility in these working hours are liable to happen due to exposure for sudden work loads with tight scheduled dead lines. The work environment is mainly office work but will involve heavy construction site works. The candidate must be willing to sustain extra working hours and work pressure.
