PROJECT MANAGERS

A Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering between 30- 40 years of age. You need to have minimum 10 years’ experience, of which at least 3 years should be in a similar position. You should have profound knowledge of design and construction management, with proven managerial and team leading project management skills. Your duties will include coordination with the Municipal agencies, sub contractors, architects and contractors from start to finish.

Plant Manager - District Cooling, Dubai

A relevant technical or Engineering qualification with at least 5 years’ management experience. You will direct and control the company’s production operations to ensure that all targets are met within the specified quality standards and budgets. You must have solid industry knowledge of plant, equipment and processes, excellent communication, interpersonal, organizing and coordinating skills.

Your responsibilities would include directing and controlling the staff to ensure that they are appropriately trained and motivated to carry out their work to required standards. Overseeing all operating procedures to ensure efficient and effective use of plant and equipment, with safety standards adhered to. Preparation and monitoring of all budgets to ensure that the optimum use is made of production resources. Monitoring output to ensure that production meets the established standards m ternas of quantity and quality. You must have at least 5 years experience in installation / operation of District Cooling Plant of 2500 TR capacity or more.
